MPP Fall 2024 Open House

The Batten School has reinvented the Master of Public Policy, creating a new approach to developing the next generation of public leaders. If you’re interested in leading the world to positive, lasting change, join us on Saturday, October 19 for our Fall 2024 MPP Open House to learn more about the accelerated and postgraduate tracks of the MPP. This year’s agenda includes sessions with students, faculty, and alumni, and a closing reception for prospective postgraduate candidates on the Downtown Mall!

8:30-9:30am: Welcome Breakfast 
9:30-10:30am: Historical Tour of Grounds + Office Hours 
10:30-10:45am: Welcome and Review of Day’s Agenda 
10:45-11:30am: Mock Class 
11:30-11:45am: Break 
11:45am-12:30pm: Academic Session: “Training the Next Generation of Policy Leaders” 
12:45-1:45pm: Lunch with Current Students + Office Hours 
2:00-2:45pm: Alumni Panel: “Life After Batten” 
2:45-3:00pm: Break 
3:00-4:00pm: Coffee at Pavilion X with Dean Ian Solomon 
4:00-4:15pm: Depart for Downtown Mall (Prospective Postgraduates only)
5:00-6:30pm: Happy Hour on the Downtown Mall for Prospective Postgraduate Candidates
